Responsibilities
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing tenants/visitors appropriately.
- Operating an 2way radio.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face!
- Provide each visitor with a ticket and provide an explanation of the retrieval process.
- Park and retrieve cars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Other related duties as assigned
Experience
- 1-2 years in Hospitality (or similar) position is preferred.
- Min of 2yrs with Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Well-organized approach to job responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites
- Ability to work well with team members as well as independently
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
