The Spirit of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized attendant to join our team. As an attendant, you will be assisting customers with their transactions, guiding them where they need to go, and maintaining a clean and welcoming area for everyone. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our guests as well as your team to provide a memorable experience for our guests and our clients.

Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inquire and assist with any guests needs.
• Communicate with supervisors and other staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify all information on tickets has been gathered and noted.
• Ensure customer transactions that you assist with are done accurately and effectively by completing transaction steps.
• Count the register and change and make deposits at the end of your shift if necessary.
• Guarantee integrity and accurate cash handling.
• Direct guests towards their intended destinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Effectively meet company standards that are aligned in the employee handbook.
• Pass on shift information to the next cashier.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be have very basic computer and tablet experience.
• Must be available to work evenings and nights (generally 4 PM to 12 AM), but open availability is preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift throughout a shift.
