- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
- Support employee orientation, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Supervise staff performance, including interviewing candidates, scheduling shifts, and providing constructive feedback
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
- Handle cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within retail or food service environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control software, and retail math principles
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently
- Experience with employee onboarding, training & development programs, and shift management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and merchandising
- Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform retail math calculations, and oversee store operations effectively
