Temporary | Contracts Analyst - Remote

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is seeking a temporary, Contract Analyst for a remote assignment with one of our prestigious corporate clients in the healthcare industry.This is a remote, 3-month contract (with possible extension) and full-time hours.The Contract Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts from creation to execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain an assigned portfolio of new and existing contracts.Review, analyze, and interpret financial and business documents to draft accurate legal contracts, using historical records and automated tools to support decision-making.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks such as contract production, negotiation, and document updates while consistently meeting established performance metrics.Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including sales, legal, and other internal teams—to ensure precise and timely completion of contract documentation.Respond to client inquiries and handle contract redlines, applying negotiation guidelines, job aids, and escalation paths to appropriately manage contractual risk.Provide customer‐focused service to internal clients to support contract accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Conduct quality assurance and self‐audits to maintain high standards of contract integrity.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word formatting and legal redlining tools.Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and performance targets. LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
