Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney located in Simpsonville, SC. The Estate Planning Attorney will work closely with clients to develop customized estate plans, provide legal counsel on estate and probate matters, and assist with succession planning and estate administration. Other responsibilities may include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws. The role requires excellent client communication and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Interest in
- Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law
- Currently licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Strong interest in learning this area of law in-depth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent client service
- Prior experience in estate law and probate practice is a plus!
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
