LawyerLisa is looking for a well-organized Client Relations Coordinator to provide support for our Simpsonville office. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with our lawyers and our staff and to contribute to the overall efficiency, success, and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience: Greet clients, check them in, collect necessary documents, and ensure meeting rooms are properly prepared.

  • Scheduling & Appointment Support: Confirm appointments, schedule signings, update records, and handle post-consultation tasks.
  • Witness: Be a witness for signing appointments
  • Document Management: Prepare and organize client folders, print and assemble documents for signings, and ensure proper filing and scanning of documents.
  • Payments & Billing: Collect and process consultation fees and payments.
  • Office Support: Sort and handle mail, maintain office supplies, and ensure the office is clean and organized.
  • Renewals – manage the entire process of sending information and documents to clients regarding renewing their services for another year.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with gathering marketing materials and help prepare for events.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, including office upkeep and preparation for absence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Trello, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be adaptable – able to adjust as job duties may change due to the growing business
  • Able to exhibit compassion and empathy to hurting clients
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexible - On any given day, you may need to perform a variety of tasks
