What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - Mama's Café position at Lawton Family of Restaurants?
It's good to be back! Mama's Café has a new look, new kitchen, and new patio/beer garden. We are seeking experienced line cooks to join our culinary team. Join us in our brand new kitchen to cook up the best elevated comfort foods in San Antonio!
WE REQUIRE:
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Open availability is preferred
- Sundays are required.
- Minimum 5 shifts per week.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable full-service restaurant
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Formal culinary education is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
