Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Lynchburg, VA. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring high standards of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. Responsibilities include managing leasing processes, handling tenant relations, optimizing occupancy, preparing budgets, and ensuring the property complies with local regulations. Qualifications
- LIHTC Experience, required.
- Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning
- Familiarity with property maintenance and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Experience in managing multifamily real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
