Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of new and existing strategic account implementations, collaborating with internal stakeholders in order to align priorities and ensure timely execution of strategic account activities.
- Prepares and completes Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for all strategic customers.
- Serves as a key resource in resolving customer issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepares and supports monthly reporting, as well as quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Partners with sales, participating in customer engagements as requested.
- Supports new implementations through coordinating internal and external resources, facilitating customer implementation meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating account set up within the organization.
- Maintains and enhances internal and external implementation documents and templates.
- Participates in internal and external project update meetings.
- Ensures all accounts remain current, coordinating past due balances with the collections department when needed.
- Ensures the terms and conditions for all customers remain current, are in compliance with contracts/agreements, and are available to all internal entities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 7 years of experience in major account or strategic account support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle day–to–day activities
- Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and related documentation
- Ability to present information in person to customers and all levels of the organization, including business presentations, reports, and professional correspondence
