We’re looking for a Military Service & Installation Representative responsible for assisting Lawson’s military sales force in the servicing of targeted military customers.

Responsibilities
- Travels 7 – 14 days at a time to install standard sets and storage products in shop bays, semi-trailers, and shipping containers.
- Assembles items that arrived disassembled (e.g., work benches, shelving, etc.)
- Installs standard sets and storage products in shop bays, semi-trailers, and shipping containers.
- Installs Torrent Power Washer machines, training customers on required maintenance.
- Inventories customer sets for refill, putting away product when it arrives.
- Inspects and maintains product labels on customer sets.
- Assists customers in locating the correct products in the sets required to complete maintenance repairs.
- Works with sales reps over the phone to assess customer-assistance requirements.
- Assists customers in the absence of the assigned sales representative, including supporting product and equipment training for product lines.
- Shares best practices for completing installations, assisting in the development of training for sales representatives to improve workflow efficiencies.
- Books travel arrangements, maintaining expense and mileage records in accordance with Lawson policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred, with 1 - 5 years of MRO experience in sales or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools for assembly, drilling, and cutting, including pallet jacks.
- General knowledge of MRO items and their application.
- Proficiency with personal computers, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to comprehend information from both oral and written documentation.
- Ability to establish and create relationships at all levels, communicating effectively with customers and sales representatives.
- Must be detailed orientated and team player.
- Self-directed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to display and demonstrate Lawson’s Values.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain and maintain vehicular insurance as required by policy.
