- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outside sales representatives.
- Build and execute a district business plan that drives profitable growth.
- Lead with accountability, integrity, and clear expectations.
- Use sales metrics and business insights to make strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular field coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and execution.
