Data Administrator, Intermediate

We’re looking for a motivated intermediate-level Data Administrator at our McCook distribution center to join our team! This role supports the organization by performing accurate data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and completing basic data analysis tasks using Microsoft Office - especially Excel. For this role, the incumbent must be detail oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to follow established processes with consistency.

The hours for this role are typically 7:30 am- 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes vision, dental, medical and retirement benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.

Responsibilities:

• Enters, updates, and maintains data in Excel spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Cleans and organizes datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Creates and updates Excel reports using formulas, filters, and formatting.
• Performs basic data analysis such as sorting, summarizing, and generating simple charts.
• Verifies data accuracy through routine quality checks.
• Prepares documents in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Follows established workflows and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicates findings or discrepancies to supervisors or team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma, with 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables a plus)
• General Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
• Typing proficiency and ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks
• Experience with data cleanup or spreadsheet automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with pivot tables or basic dashboards is preferred.
• Prior experience in administrative or data focused roles is preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $20.29 - $26.00.
