Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians throughout the Phoenix Metro area
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate technician routes and job scheduling efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and updates
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information in company software
- Work on and navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
- Support office operations and assist management as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and business demands
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of streets, cities, and travel routes throughout the Phoenix Metro area REQUIRED
- Strong computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (typing test required)
- Friendly, professional, and confident phone demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain flexible with changing business needs and work hours
- Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Scheduling/dispatch experience STRONGLY preferred
