Laws of Motion Physical Therapy is a rapidly growing outpatient clinic committed to **outstanding, personalized care** through one-on-one treatment. Our team works to help patients live pain-free, active lives without unnecessary surgeries or medications, while prioritizing meaningful connections and measurable outcomes.

• We seamlessly integrate advanced AI technology to improve documentation efficiency, accuracy, and reduce clerical burden.

• Our clinic operates in multiple locations (Scottsdale and Phoenix), with a flexible schedule of 2-3 days in each city, and options for a 4-day workweek.

💡 The Opportunity:

As part of our team, you will:

• Conduct 25-30 patient hours weekly, providing personalized, manual therapy-focused care. 
• Follow up with patients, incorporating AI tools for documentation and progress tracking.  
• Maintain clinic standards and contribute to a positive team environment.  
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including:  
• Monthly 3-hour in-service training  
• Monthly one-on-one coaching meetings  
• Annual reviews to reassess goals and growth potential  
• Community outreach, workshops, and content creation for marketing

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona PT license (or eligibility).  
• 2 years outpatient experience preferred.  
• Passion for manual therapy, personalized care, and ongoing growth.  
• Commitment to a patient-centered, out-of-network practice environment.

Locations:  Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ  

• Schedule: 2-3 days in Phoenix, 2-3 days in Scottsdale, with flexible 4-day options.
• Full-Time, In-Person.
