Main Responsibilities:
- Prepares cheese and charcuterie plates according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Counts daily inventory of products within the meat and cheese program and reports any discrepancies to the Executive Chef.
- Conducts research on-site to stay up-to-date on meat and cheese trends and provides recommendations for weekly orders.
- Supports the overall meat and cheese menu program, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience creating curated meats and cheeses.
- Able to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knife skills and station organization.
- Basic math proficiency and ability to read scales.
- Familiarity with computers and calculators.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; some college or culinary education beneficial.
