What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician position at Lawrence Service Group, Inc?
We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will service and repair heating and air conditioning systems for Light Commercial and Residential.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform HVAC equipment repairs
- Perform routine preventative maintenance for Heating and Cooling equipment
- Provide Equipment Information with Model & Serial Number and Work Description for work performed
- Provide detailed part and material information for quoting repairs
- Communicating with Customers & Clients about work performed
- Respond to after hours emergency repair requests (Rotating On Call Schedules)
- Detailed management and organizational practices keeping service tools and vehicle in order
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Report to work on time and with good hygiene and grooming
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC, 5 Years experience a must
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams as well as Refrigeration principals
- Ability to handle physical workload and ladder climbing
- Valid N. Carolina Drivers License's and Good Driving Record
- Familiar with using computers and tablets
