A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASPHALT SUPERINTENDENT
As our Asphalt Superintendent you will lead hot mix asphalt and concrete operations from start to finish. You'll oversee crews, drive production, maintain safety and quality standards, and work closely with PMs and subcontractors. This role has a major impact on our projects and reputation.
You'll make a real impact-driving production, ensuring safety, motivating teams, and solving problems on the fly. Your leadership, technical expertise, and big-picture thinking will contribute to the success and reputation of Lawrence-Lynch projects. Every day, you'll work alongside great people in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LLC ASPHALT SUPERINTENDENT
- High School diploma and 10 years in heavy civil construction (or equivalent)
- Asphalt paving and crew leadership experience
- Ability to read blueprints, use GPS survey equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass CORI check if required
WORK SCHEDULE & PAY
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM (varies seasonally). Year-round salaried or seasonal hourly options available-let's discuss!
