Client Services Director

We are seeking a Client Services Director to assist in driving all aspects of client engagement, sales, and collections within our firm. The individual will serve as one of the central liaisons between clients, attorneys, and internal departments, ensuring a seamless client experience from the initial consultation through the completion of their case. The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, organized, competitive, and motivated – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting relationships, and knows how to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication.
• Manage the intake process: process new leads, schedule consultations, and conduct follow-ups to secure client retainers
• Provide Administrative support for firm’s sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and billing staff to ensure client satisfaction and efficient case progress
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Facilitate billing and collections to ensure timely payments and smooth execution of case strategies
• Uphold punctuality, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in client relations, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and office technology
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-driven personality
