Who you are:
- You have two years' residential maintenance experience and own basic hand tools
- You have basic computer or smartphone skills and solid customer service skills
- You have general maintenance knowledge: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Lighting, etc.
- You have a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance and are willing to travel to multiple locations
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position
What you'll do as a Service Technician:
- Complete work orders from apartment residents
- Use your maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys
- Work turnovers and grounds
- Work scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and on-call duties.
