About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our clients. You'll assist with policy questions, billing, and claims, while supporting our agents to deliver the outstanding service our agency is known for.

Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Handle policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Assist agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Represent our agency with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese is required
- Coachable and eager to learn well train the right person
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Previous customer service or insurance experience a plus (but not required)
Salary : $22 - $30
