What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound Tech-PRN position at Lawrence Healthcare?
Job Objective/Summary: The Ultrasound Tech Provides compassionate care to patients while performing radiographic cases in various imaging modalities. Technologist is required to display a good understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatric through geriatrics.
Job Educations, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of an Associates degree in an allied health field required. Candidate must meet requirements for registry by the Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. ARDMS certification required. RVT certification and three to five years experience preferred. Sufficient working knowledge of the different phases of ultrasound and the operation of assigned equipment.
