Medication Technician/C.N.A (MA-C) - Skilled Nursing

Job Objective/Summary: The Medication Technician/C.N.A will assist licensed nursing staff by preparing and administering daily medications as ordered by the physician. The Med Tech will document within limitations in the electronic health record under the supervision of the licensed nurse. The Med Tech will also respond to Resident requests and other direct care duties as assigned.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as a C.N.A in the state of Arkansas. Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program. Successful completion of state approved Medication Administration and hold medication aide certification.
