Lawrence Harvey has been engaged by a global advanced manufacturing organization on a position that will play an important role in maintaining quality standards and improving performance across a key supplier operation.
They are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who will work directly from a supplier site and take ownership of day-to-day quality issues across the manufacturing process. The role will involve monitoring supplier performance, investigating production concerns, driving corrective actions, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and supplier teams to improve consistency and reduce recurring quality problems.
The successful candidate will be joining a hands-on manufacturing environment where they will have direct visibility into production and the ability to influence how quality issues are identified, resolved, and prevented.

The Ideal Candidate has:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a similar hands-on quality role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier audits, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience within automotive, battery, heavy industrial, machinery, or another large-scale manufacturing environment, along with familiarity with established quality systems such as ISO or QMS
