About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is making a significant investment in expanding its Finance Transformation practice and is seeking experienced Master Anaplanners to join its rapidly growing team.

This is not a replacement hire—it's a strategic expansion of a high-performing practice, with multiple opportunities available at Manager, Senior Manager, and Director level. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide Connected Planning solutions for some of the world's leading organisations.

As part of the Finance Transformation practice, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative Anaplan solutions across a range of business functions, helping clients modernise their planning capabilities and drive better business decisions.

Projects span multiple planning domains, including:

• Integrated Financial Planning (IFP)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Supply Chain Planning
• Workforce Planning
• Enterprise Connected Planning

Depending on your level of experience, you will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, mentor consulting teams, contribute to business development, and help shape the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Anaplan solutions.
• Deliver Finance Transformation programmes for global enterprise clients.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define planning strategies and business requirements.
• Build scalable Connected Planning models across finance and operational functions.
• Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Drive solution quality and best practice throughout project delivery.
• Support practice development through thought leadership, solution innovation, and business development activities.

About You

We're interested in professionals who have:

• Master Anaplanner certification (essential)
• Strong experience delivering enterprise Anaplan implementations.
• Expertise within Finance Transformation and Connected Planning.
• Experience across one or more of the following:
• FP&A
• Integrated Financial Planning (IFP)
• Supply Chain Planning
• Workforce Planning
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Leadership experience appropriate to Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level.
