Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas
- Lead and motivate custodial staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and according to safety standards.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
- Monitor adherence to sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures related to janitorial work.

Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services with a strong background in hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities for management and team supervision.
