Position Summary: As the Patient Access Representative, you will perform#all tasks related to pre-registration and registration of patients in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to ensure that the patient, physician and hospital needs are met. Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma Computer and typing experience Customer service skills Preferred: Prior experience working directly with the public in a healthcare patient access environment.
