Lawrence Drug & Compounding Lab – Springfield, MO
Most pharmacy job posts start with tasks.
We’ll start with values.
If integrity isn’t how you operate when no one is watching, stop reading now.
If innovation feels uncomfortable—or unnecessary—this isn’t your place.
We’re an independent pharmacy that believes culture is not a poster on the wall—it’s how we work every single day. We’re looking for a Pharmacy Technician who wants to be part of a team that does things the right way and is always looking for a better way.
Who This Job Is NOT For
This role is not for you if:
- You’re looking to “just do your shift” and go home
- You cut corners when things get busy
- You blame systems, patients, or coworkers instead of fixing problems
- You need constant supervision to stay productive
- You’re resistant to change, feedback, or new ways of doing things
- You’re burned out and unwilling to re-engage with purpose
That’s not a judgment.
It just means this role isn’t the right fit.
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- Pharmacy technician experience (Encouraged, not required)
- Experience in an independent pharmacy (preferred)
- Familiarity with PioneerRx (strong plus)
You’re a Great Fit If You Also:
- Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners
- Treat patients and teammates with genuine kindness
- Care deeply about accuracy, accountability, and trust
- Enjoy improving systems—not just surviving them
What You’ll Do:
- Keep workflow moving efficiently and correctly
- Support pharmacists and patients with professionalism and care
- Help maintain high standards for compliance and quality
- Speak up with ideas that make the pharmacy better
