What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nightshift MT/MLT position at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital?
We are seeking a MT or MLT for full-time nights. Shift can be 8 or 12 hours. Rotates every 4th weekend and holiday rotation.
Duties
- Performs routine and specialized moderate and high complexity laboratory test on all type of blood and bodily fluid specimens under minimal supervision.
- Ensures accurate and reliable test results by adhering to a strict QC program.
- Preforms instrument function checks and preventative maintenance procedures according to policies and procedures.
- Maintains record and statistical data according to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or 60 semester hours from an accredited university including biology and chemistry and lab experience.
- MT Certification or equivalent preferred

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. MT range is: $27-$35, MLT range is:$25-$30 per hour
