About This Position
We are seeking a MT or MLT for full-time evenings, shift will be 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Rotates every 4th weekend and holiday rotation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient service within a hospital setting. The selected candidate will be eligible for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
Duties
- Performs routine and specialized moderate and high complexity laboratory test on all type of blood and bodily fluid specimens under minimal supervision.
- Ensures accurate and reliable test results by adhering to a strict QC program.
- Preforms instrument function checks and preventative maintenance procedures according to policies and procedures.
- Maintains record and statistical data according to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or 60 semester hours from an accredited university including biology and chemistry and lab experience.
- MT Certification or equivalent preferred
Salary & Benefits
- MT range is: $27-$35, MLT range is: $25-$30 per hour plus shift differential, between 8% - 18% depending on schedule for evenings, nights and weekends, where applicable.
- The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
