What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiscal Technician (Accounts Payable) position at Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc.?
The position is responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:
- Reviewing general invoices for accuracy.
- Posting entries in accounting software and assisting in monitoring payables.
- Developing and maintaining various spreadsheets to assist in financial monitoring by utilizing Excel.
- Issuing authorizations for treatment services and forwarding to prospective treatment facility.
- Completion of individual liability determination for funded services.
- Purchase of all agency supplies including but not limited to office supplies, program supplies, food, etc.
- Maintaining tracking spreadsheets and purchasing items qualified as social determinants of health (SDOH) for individuals in need.
- Analytical data analysis to be utilized for program review.
