What You'll Do
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you'll take ownership of your caseload while working alongside experienced paralegals, case managers, and senior attorneys. You'll gain hands-on experience with every aspect of personal injury practice, including:
- Managing your own pre-litigation caseload with guidance from senior attorneys
- Communicating with clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout their case
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records to build strong, evidence-based claims
- Drafting and reviewing demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for potential litigation
- Collaborating closely with your support team and contributing to a positive, team-first culture
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license in Kentucky or Ohio (newly licensed or awaiting bar results welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassion for clients and dedication to helping injury victims
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
