We are looking for a customer service-friendly cashier with a pleasing personality to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you possess basic math skills, have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide prompt and courteous service at the cash register
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers in finding merchandise and answering their inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Previous experience with a cash register
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Alert, organized, and attentive to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
