Position Overview
Lawns By Randy (LBR) is hiring dependable, hardworking crew members to join our lawn maintenance division. We maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Tulsa area and are looking for team members who take pride in quality work, show up consistently, and work well with others.
This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for steady hours and additional seasonal work.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial mowing equipment including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Perform lawn maintenance services efficiently and safely
- Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
- Work with your crew to complete routes on schedule
- Follow company safety procedures and equipment care standards
- Assist with seasonal services including Christmas light installation and snow removal
Qualifications
- 2 years of lawn maintenance or commercial mowing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work hard
