Job Description:
Lawns-N-Stuff is looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our mowing team based out of Marlborough, CT. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. We take pride in delivering high-quality property maintenance to our clients, and we are looking for a team player who is ready to show up, work hard, and maintain our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial lawn mowers to cut grass safely and efficiently.
- Perform precise string trimming (weed whacking) and edging around obstacles, walkways, and landscaping.
- Use leaf blowers to clean up clippings from driveways, patios, and sidewalks.
- Assist the crew with general lawn maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude on all client properties.
Job Requirements:
- Transportation: Must have your own reliable personal transportation to get to our shop or job sites daily.
- Experience: Professional mowing and trimming experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic.
- Schedule: Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and lift standard lawn care equipment.
