Job Summary
The Lawndale Elementary School District is looking for a Senior Accounting Technician - Payroll. This position is a full-time (12-month, 8-hour/day) position that accumulates one paid vacation and sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD pays 100% for employee individual health/welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc). Dependents are at a cost to the employee. Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: * Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by course work in accounting and three years increasingly responsible accounting/clerical experience. * Type at 40 wpm (net). Required Documents: (must be attached to your EdJoin application – pdf format works best): * Resume * Copy of high school diploma or higher degree * 5 minute Typing certificate verifying at least 40 wpm (net) dated within 12 months. Internet typing certificates will be accepted. Test Requirements: All applicants must take and pass a one-hour scantron test with a score of 70% or better.
