Immediate need for a Lawn Care Technician 2-3 days per week to start with the plan to scale to a full-time role in the future.

$19-$28 / hour plus performance pay, dependent on experience.
MUST have an active pesticide applicator or operator license!

Lawn Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to:
- Serving a territory of residential and commercial customers
- Providing professional lawn care with a focus on excellent customer service
- Proper application techniques and compliance with State Department of Agriculture standards, rules, and regulations
- Completion of required paperwork
- Loading assigned vehicle
- Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays
- Have valid state driver’s license with less than 4 points
- Be able to drive a truck/van and a pull-behind trailer
- Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortable
- Active Illinois pesticide applicator or operator license

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

As a Residential Lawn Technician, you will be required to pay attention to your surroundings. All Lawn Squad technicians do their best to NOT cause any damage or harm to a customer’s property. Because we work in an industry that routinely deals with Mother Nature, Residential Lawn Technicians must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions.
