Job Summary
Seeking hard-working, reliable, and skilled Landscapers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation tasks such as planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and boulders.
- Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning trees and shrubs, mulching beds, and installing irrigation systems.
- Execute general site cleanup, debris (litter, sticks, limbs, leaves) removal, and routine inspections to uphold high standards of property appearance.
Requirements
- 2 years of landscape experience REQUIRED.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning.
- Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience running heavy machinery such as excavators not necessary, but a plus.
- Ability to take direction from crew leads, owner, office.
- Go-getter. Must take initiative. Complete jobs in a timely fashion while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monday through Friday work week. 7am start.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
