Design and Build Operations Manager

As the Design and Build Operations Manager (Project Manager), you will oversee the safety, planning, execution, and completion of high-quality landscape design and build projects. This role requires a skilled project manager with a keen eye for detail, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead teams to successful project outcomes. The Design and Build Operations Manager reports to the Director of Design and Build.

Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation, for landscape design and build projects.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage landscape design and build crews, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment on-site.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring all project details align with their vision, addressing any concerns, and managing         expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Resource Coordination: Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure all project components are available when needed and align with              project schedules.
5. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage change orders, and ensure projects are completed within budget without sacrificing quality.
6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the design and build process, ensuring work meets or exceeds company standards and client      expectations.
7. Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges or delays quickly to keep projects on track.
8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with design, maintenance, and construction teams to ensure a seamless transition from project design                  through to completion.

1. Timely Project Completion: Manage all design and build projects to ensure they are completed on schedule with minimal disruptions.
2. Budget Control: Effectively manage costs, optimizing resources to deliver high-quality results while staying within budget constraints.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design and build project management or a related field.
2. Proven track record of leading successful design and build or construction projects from start to finish.
3. Strong understanding of landscape design, construction processes, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
5. Solid experience with project management software, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
