- We have opportunities for year-round work.
- After your initial training period, you will work independently (but not be alone) completing your own routes.
- You can choose from other opportunities to keep you working through the off-season or not work during the off-season.

The Job
- Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawn and landscape beds
- Rehabbing lawns
- Applying fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers’ homes
- We help you to be as productive, safe, and as easy as possible with ride-on equipment, spray rigs with powered hose reels and all PPE provided
- Working outside most days, independently, on your own route
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Monday through Friday schedule and optional Saturdays
- Training provided throughout the season
- Competitive pay: starting at $20-$21 per hour depending on licensing, background, performance and experience. Plus Up to $900 bonus per round (Roughly every 6 weeks)
- Options for no layoff in the off-season. You have some options to choose if you want to work and how you would like to be paid.
