- Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
- Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks
- Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field
- Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience
- Maintain high productivity and quality service standards
- Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate lawn care machinery
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Punctual and dependable
- Eager to learn and grow in the lawn care industry
- Passionate about customer satisfaction
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
