Job Details
- Position: Lawn Care Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Saturday overtime offered during busy season)
- Location: Toms River, NJ
- Competitive Pay: Competitive pay plus commission
- Placement Bonus: Bonus for our next 3 hires

- Fertilize, aerate, and seed lawns using our specialized power equipment
- Perform shop work as needed
- Offer new services to customers
- Note: No mowing or landscaping required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
