What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and treatments using ride-on or walk-behind equipment
- Perform core aeration and seeding services
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Maintain equipment and assist with basic shop tasks
- Recommend additional services that benefit customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- A positive attitude and commitment to doing the right thing for clients
This is a hands-on position with full training provided. You’ll learn how to:
- Identify turf types, lawn stress, and common diseases
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectively
- Perform core aeration and seeding to improve lawn health
- Manage residential and commercial lawn care services independently
