You’ll be responsible for applying lawn treatments, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments
- Operate lawn care equipment and company vehicles
- Service assigned routes efficiently and safely
- Communicate with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate service records
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Landscaping or lawn care experience
- Experience with outdoor labor or route-based work
- Landscapers/lawn care workers
- General laborers
- Delivery drivers (Amazon, UPS, Uber, Lyft)
- Construction or warehouse workers
