Position Snapshot
- Start: Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week, preseason)
- Growth Path: Full-Time by spring/summer as routes fill
- Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours
- Territory: Visalia · Hanford · Fresno
- Compensation: Hourly performance-based growth
Compensation & Pay Progression (Transparent)
Starting Hourly Rate:
➡ $19–$21/hour, based on experience
Pay Growth Metrics (as routes grow):
- $20–$22/hour once solo routes are handled consistently
- $22–$25 /hour effective during peak season with performance incentives
Performance incentives may include:
- Route completion efficiency
- Quality & customer feedback
- Upsell or add-on services

- Apply lawn treatments (fertilization, weed control, pest control)
- Safely operate and maintain application equipment
- Follow route schedules and service protocols
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Log work accurately using mobile systems
Marketing & Growth Support (Early Phase)
Until routes are fully built, technicians will also assist with:
- Power window marketing (door hangers, yard signs)
- Light neighborhood canvassing in assigned routes
- Placing signage and promotional materials
- Supporting local brand awareness efforts
This is temporary and decreases as route density increases.Who We’re Looking For
