- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming sales leads
- Engage with new and returning customers to recommend the right lawn care services and solutions
- Build customer relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer notes and records in Real Green software
- Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching and support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service
- Weekend availability required during peak spring, summer, and fall seasons
- Some travel for training and professional development
- Thrives in a busy, high-volume work environment
