Our team provides lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Guide customers over the phone to purchase the best pest control solution
- Provide upsolution services to existing clients
- Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads via phone
- General knowledge of product choice and application methods
- Resolve customer complaints and questions
- Communicate with management and sales representatives regularly
- Maintain professional image & Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain documentation of customer contact and account updates
Minimum Qualifications of Inside Sales Representative:
HS Diploma or GED
Customer service, prospecting and people skills
Phone, email and chat communication skills
Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
Must be available to work 40-plus hours per week
Maintain professional image at all times
Pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR approval required
Base salary with emphasis on commission opportunities
