What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers (phone, internet)
- Manage and track all customer communication within our CRM system
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for all sales leads and showroom visits
- Coordinate and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members
- Support the sales team by maintaining organized workflows and accurate records
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming dealership experience
- Identify gaps in communication or follow-up and proactively address them
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
