Customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce to support business processes across departments
Collaborate with legal teams to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Manage integrations, workflows, and dashboards to improve data visibility and efficiencySupport and enhance Litify implementations (if applicable)
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and best practices
What We’re Looking For
5–9 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin roles)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and reporting
Experience with Litify is a major plus
Prior experience in the legal industry or working with legal teams preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a bonus
