Additional responsibilities include offering help desk and customer support to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges and maintaining a positive user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and related hardware and software
- Proficiency in Customer Support with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in IT or help desk roles is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A or ITIL are advantageous
