The selected candidate will be involved in litigation-related work, including drafting, legal research, case preparation, court appearances, and client coordination. The position is suitable for candidates with litigation experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Good drafting skills, including drafting petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures, filing processes, and litigation practice.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Draft and vet legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
- Assist and appear in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
- Interact and coordinate with clients.
- Handle court appearances and case management.
